Storm is born from the challenge of creating a design coffee machine combined with maximum performances. Initially, the machine is designed only for competitions, with few examples addressed to coffee professionals
The machine allows total control of the supply through the use of a lever that electronically adjusts the water pressure for each group. The extraction curves drawn in real time on the display show the water pressure and the coffee flow in milliliters per second. The precision of every detail is the priority.
